Sandra Travel, based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Data we collect
We only collect the data you give us when requesting a quote or contacting us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and your trip details (origin, destination, date and number of passengers).
Purpose
Your data is used to answer your request, prepare and send you a quote, coordinate the service you booked and follow up with you. We do not use your data for advertising without your prior consent.
Data transfers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except to the transport providers needed to deliver the service you booked, and solely for that purpose.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or cancellation of your personal data, or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact email listed on this site. We will respond within twenty business days.
